Your business is better than your website says it is.

You know your work is good. Strangers can't tell. I diagnose what's broken and build the system that fixes it.

// Clarity. Code. Results.

Your business is missing one thing.

Every small business runs on three things: the message you put in front of strangers, the tools you use to do your work, and the website that holds it all together. Most business owners treat these as three separate problems. They're not. They're three layers of the same missing system.

Maybe you've been in business for years. Maybe you're just starting out. Either way, if your message, your site, and your tools weren't built to work together, you don't have an operating system for your business. You have parts.

Parts don't convert. Parts don't scale. And you end up being the glue that holds them all together, manually, every day.

Good work deserves to be found.

Bad marketing shouldn't be a tax on good work.

  • [ERR] YOUR MESSAGE

Strangers visit your site and can't figure out what you do. They leave. Someone with a worse product but a clearer message gets the call.

"Your site forms a first impression in 50ms. Before anyone reads a word."

    // Lindgaard, Behavioural & IT, 2006

  • [ERR] YOUR SITE

You send someone to your website and feel that quiet dread: will this make me look smaller than I actually am?

"Only 1 in 5 small business owners believe their marketing is actually working."

    // Constant Contact / Ascend2, 2025

  • [ERR] YOUR TOOLS

You bought software one tool at a time. Each one solved a specific problem. Now you're the thing that connects them. That wasn't the plan.

"The average small business owner spends ~1.5 hours per day on tool switching alone."

    // Slack / Salesforce Productivity Survey, 2024

// Five minutes tells you exactly which layer is broken.

I build the operating system your business needs.

Not a website. Not an app. Not an AI tool. One system: a clear message that explains what you do to a stranger in three seconds, a site that turns visitors into leads, and tools that work the way your business actually runs.

That's your business operating system. When it's built right, it works without you holding the pieces together. Clients find you. They understand you. They reach out. Your intake runs. Your follow-up goes out. You spend your time doing the work, not managing the system that's supposed to support it.

Most businesses have pieces of this. None of them were designed to work together. I design them to work together from the start.

  • [OK] MESSAGE

A clear, plain-language description of what you do, who it's for, and why it matters. Strangers understand it in one read.

  • [OK] SITE

A website that answers the visitor's question before they have to ask it: is this the right business for me?

  • [OK] TOOLS

Software and automation built around how your business actually runs. Not around how a software company thinks it should.

I diagnose before I build. Every time.

I know what it's like to hand someone your card, watch them visit your site later, and feel the conversation go cold. The problem wasn't that they weren't interested. The site just didn't carry the weight of the conversation.

Every client I've worked with had the same pattern. Strong work. Loyal clients. A site that was built for the version of the business that existed a few years ago. Strangers couldn't bridge the gap. The business looked smaller than it was.

That's the gap I close.

Before any code is written, I produce a Problem Statement. It's a plain-language document that defines exactly what's broken and what the fix looks like. You read it. You verify it. You sign off. Then I build.

One person handles your project from discovery to launch. No handoffs. No "the other person had that file." No explaining your business twice. When it ships, you get a Handoff Package: your code, your credentials, your documentation. Everything you need to run the system without me.

If you never call me again after launch, that's a win. That's what the Handoff Package is for.

How it works. Three steps.

  1. CLARITY

The diagnostic is free. I map what's broken across your message, your site, and your tools. Then I write the Problem Statement in plain language: exactly what's broken and what the fix looks like. You read it. You sign off. No code gets written until you do.

    > OUTCOME: A written diagnosis in plain language. You verify it before anything is built.

// The diagnostic takes five minutes. It's free.

  2. CODE

One person builds your project from start to finish. Not a team with a project manager between you and the work. Not a template reskinned as something custom. Production-ready code with full documentation so you can run it without me.

    > OUTCOME: Your operating system, built and deployed.

// Simple sites ship in under a week. App projects start at two weeks.

  3. RESULTS

Thirty days of post-launch support included. Then the Handoff Package: your code, your hosting credentials, your CMS instructions, and the original Problem Statement. You own everything. Nothing is locked to MAX.EXE.

    > OUTCOME: Complete ownership. Nothing owed after launch.

// Most projects ship in 30 to 90 days.

What your business looks like when the system works.

Clients land on your site and immediately understand what you do. They reach out. You're not explaining the business to every new person who finds it. The site handles that.

Your tools connect to each other. There's no copy-paste loop between apps that weren't designed to talk. Your intake runs automatically. Your follow-up goes out in your voice, on your schedule.

You own every line of code. No platform holds it hostage. No monthly bill owed to me. No calling me to make a simple update.

You spend your time doing the work. Not managing the system that's supposed to support it. Your business finally looks as good as it actually is.

Five minutes. Find out exactly what's broken.

The diagnostic isn't a contact form. It's a set of questions that adjusts based on your situation. At the end, I send a plain-language written report to your inbox: which layer of your operating system is broken, and what type of project fits your situation.

It's free. You get the written report before we talk. No sales call required to see the results.

  1. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS

  2. ANSWER WHAT APPLIES TO YOUR SITUATION

  3. GET YOUR WRITTEN DIAGNOSTIC REPORT

You're already paying for this. There's just no invoice for it yet.

That slow month. That competitor who keeps winning work you know you could do better. That referral who visited your site and never called back. There's no line item for any of it. But the cost is real and it compounds.

Every day without a working system is a day you're paying the fragmentation tax. Copy-pasting between tools. Re-answering the same intake questions. Rebuilding the same follow-up from scratch. That time is already gone.

Word-of-mouth works until it stops. When it does, there's nothing underneath it. The person who found your site, saw nothing that made them confident, and called your competitor instead. That cost never shows up on a statement.

Common concerns. Direct answers.

What exactly is a 'business operating system'?

It's the three things every business needs to work without the owner holding them together manually: a clear message that explains what you do to a stranger, a website that converts visitors into leads, and tools that connect to each other. Most businesses have all three. None of them were built to work together. That's the problem I fix.

Do you use WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace?

No. I write custom code. You can update your own content without calling me, and the code is permanently yours. No platform holds it hostage. No monthly fee to maintain access to your own site.

How long does a project take?

Simple marketing sites ship in under a week. Email automation takes two to four weeks. App projects start at two weeks and expand with complexity. I don't quote a timeline before I understand the problem. The diagnostic tells us which situation you're in. Timeline follows scope, and scope follows diagnosis.

What's in the Handoff Package?

Full codebase. Hosting credentials. CMS instructions. The original Problem Statement. Everything you need to run your operating system without me. Nothing is locked to MAX.EXE.

I've hired people before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Most projects fail because the answer was sold before the question was asked. Someone built what they thought you needed instead of diagnosing what was actually broken. I start with a written Problem Statement, verified by you in plain language, before a dollar is spent on development. You know exactly what you're getting before I build it.

I already have a website. Do I need to start over?

Not necessarily. I map what exists, find what's broken, and build around your actual situation. Sometimes the site just needs new copy and structure. Sometimes it needs a rebuild. The diagnostic tells us which.

I'm just starting my business. Is this for me?

Yes. Starting with a complete operating system is easier than building one piece at a time and trying to connect them later. The diagnostic routes you to the right starting point.

How are you different from a freelancer or agency?

Everything ships documented. You can run your own system without me after launch. Most freelancers and agencies don't build that way because it removes the dependency that keeps you calling them back. I build for your independence because I'd rather earn future work by being the best option, not the only option.

I'm not technical. Will I understand what you're building?

The Problem Statement is written in plain language before any code starts. If it doesn't make sense to you, that's on me, not you. You don't need to understand the code. You need to understand what it does for your business. That's what the Problem Statement covers.

What does 'AI for small business' actually mean here?

It starts with one question: what task do you do by hand every week that a machine should handle? Intake, follow-up, FAQs, appointment scheduling. I find that task, build around your data, and train it in your voice. You approve every output before anything goes live.

What does hosting cost after launch?

I deploy to Cloudflare or Vercel. Both are under $20 per month, often free for static sites. You get full credentials before handoff. Nothing is billed through me after launch.
