What exactly is a 'business operating system'?
It's the three things every business needs to work without the owner holding them together manually: a clear message that explains what you do to a stranger, a website that converts visitors into leads, and tools that connect to each other. Do you use WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace?
No. I write custom code. You can update your own content without calling me, and the code is permanently yours. No platform holds it hostage. No monthly fee to maintain access to your own site.
How long does a project take?
Simple marketing sites ship in under a week. Email automation takes two to four weeks. App projects start at two weeks and expand with complexity. I don't quote a timeline before I understand the problem. The diagnostic tells us which situation you're in. Timeline follows scope, and scope follows diagnosis.
What's in the Handoff Package?
Full codebase. Hosting credentials. CMS instructions. The original Problem Statement. Everything you need to run your operating system without me. Nothing is locked to MAX.EXE.

How are you different from a freelancer or agency?
Everything ships documented. You can run your own system without me after launch. Most freelancers and agencies don't build that way because it removes the dependency that keeps you calling them back. I build for your independence because I'd rather earn future work by being the best option, not the only option.
I'm not technical. Will I understand what you're building?
The Problem Statement is written in plain language before any code starts. If it doesn't make sense to you, that's on me, not you. You don't need to understand the code. You need to understand what it does for your business. That's what the Problem Statement covers.
What does 'AI for small business' actually mean here?
It starts with one question: what task do you do by hand every week that a machine should handle? Intake, follow-up, FAQs, appointment scheduling. I find that task, build around your data, and train it in your voice. You approve every output before anything goes live.
What does hosting cost after launch?
I deploy to Cloudflare or Vercel. Both are under $20 per month, often free for static sites. You get full credentials before handoff. Nothing is billed through me after launch.
